The Bane of My Existence
Do you see these things???? These are the BANE of my existence right now. I have to do one (along w/ references in APA format) after each patient encounter at clinical and it is a major PAIN IN MY REAR!
In addition to these, I have to do another whole packet of paperwork each time--AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!
