Danielle Gets Married!

My niece got married! We loaded Nanny and the girls up and headed out on the long ride to West Texas so Makenzie and Stormie could be in the wedding. Piper had a tummy bug the night before and was still sick half of the drive there, but thankfully noone else got it and we all enjoyed the festivities. My niece did a great job planning everything and had some really cute touches.

October

I cannot believe my "surprise blessing" baby girl has been part of us for a whole year now! She is very active and walking already (for a few months now). We celebrated quietly at home with grandparents and went trick or treating the next night!

Gig 'em Aggies!

We went to our one annual Aggie football game for this year and it was a HOT one! Makenzie took her friend from down the street and they spent most of the game upstairs under the shade. I of course came home with a horrible sunburn!

2 years old

Just like that Stormie has turned 2. We celebrated quietly at home with an Elmo cake made by Granny and cupcakes too. Stormie is off the charts and predictions are that she will be over 6 feet tall as an adult. She is still our blond bombshell! She has had a language explosion and is so very articulate. She is so well mannered and says please and thank you and is so very sweet. She loves her big sister and follows her as often as possible. She loves to play with her baby dolls and get dirty outside too. She is such a bright, smart little girl.

4th grade

We have a 4th grader in the house! This is our last year at the elementary school. Can't believe she has grown up so fast!

9 months old

You love to play Peek a Boo; you are crawling & cruising but not quite ready to let go and walk yet; you say "mama", "dada", "baba"; you can wave bye and you love to EAT! No teeth yet. You sleep 12-14 hours per night! At your check up, you weighed 23lbs and were 29 inches. That is one pound heavier and one inch shorter than Stormie!

July 4

We took a quick camping adventure to New Braunfels for July 4. We borrowed Granny's travel trailer and camped at a neat little camp site that had alot of activities for the kids. We visited Gruene one evening to meet up with Uncle Kevin and Aunt Jackie for dinner and we drove around down by the river. We also made our first stop at Bucee's while we were there! OMG! It was a quick trip and a little stressful with babies and dogs, but we will do it again some time when we have more time and space! This is the only picture I got while we were there! We sat outside one night and watched fireworks and listened to music and I snapped this.

This picture has nothing to do with the trip, but it is cute so I will post it here. We had Frito pie one night and Stormie went to town on it. She had it all the way to her eyebrows.
